Yes! Energy medicine is safe and beneficial during pregnancy. This work can lessen nausea, insomnia and other unpleasant side effects. Birth trauma from previous experiences can be released to enable a much less stressful birth for both mom and baby. If the pregnancy is stressful for mom or dad, physically or emotionally, energy work will balance baby’s nervous system and increase calm and well-being after birth.

Sessions are available in person in Stephens City VA at our office or virtually via phone or Zoom. Digital on-demand healing is available 24/7 in Elevate, our digital healing program.

RayZen Energy uses powerful but gentle techniques to ensure sessions do not cause harm. In particular, we are tuning into your body's wisdom and allowing it to guide the session. We work with the most sensitive of people, including autistic individuals, with great results. Our work is very gentle but powerful and may differ from your past experience. Discuss your sensitivity with your pracitioner during your session to allow extra attention and healing around this.

Yes. Whether you are in person or on the phone does not change the effectiveness of the session. 70-80% of our work is over the phone. We have many clients we have never met in person. With that said, clients should always trust their preferences. If you prefer being in person and feel it is better for you, then certainly honor this.
